Hi peeps,
made this Halloween card just for fun using the ghosts from the Hello Bluebird Halloween Fun set along with one of the Spooky Script sentiments.
I stepped out of my comfort zone to create this 'uncontrolled' background with Nuvo «Violet Brocade» Shimmer Powder. Love the mix of purple, blue and pink! I cut my panel with a rounded stitched rectangle die from the My Favorite Things «Blueprint 31» Die-namics set.
The sweet ghosts were colored with Copics, cut out with the companion dies and adhered with foam tape. I stamped the sentiment in VersaFine «Onyx Black» and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. Finally, I decorated my card with black die-cut stars.
Thank you so much for stopping by!

Hello everyone,
I just can't get enough of Distress Oxide ink blended backgrounds, lately. Tried a new color combo with Spun Sugar, Seedless Preserves, Wilted Violet and Blueprint Sketch to create a purple night sky for my little critter gang using the new Hello Bluebird Christmas is Coming set.
I colored these cuties with Copics and cut them out with the companion dies. Next, I die cut a snow bank using one of the Hill and Dale dies. You can't see it on the photo but I covered the die-cut with Judikins «Iridescent Sparkle» embossing powder. I popped up the hill and critters with foam tape.
I built my sentiment by combining the word «merry» from the Christmas Words Die #1 (cut from purple glitter paper) and the masked off «wishes» from the Snow Play set which I heat embossed with «Liquid Platinum» embossing powder). To finish off my card, I adhered three silver star sequins by Little Things from Lucy's Cards.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a cozy Sunday!

Hi peeps,
today I'm back with this colorful autumn-themed card featuring products from the latest Hello Bluebird October Release. I used the fabulous Pumpkin Patch and Autumn Script stamps.
The images were colored with Copics. I chose colors that would compliment the «Woodland Forest» patterned papers by Pebbles. I used one of the My Favorite Things «Jumbo Peek-A-Boo Circle Window» Die-namics. To make the sentiment stretch around the die cut circle window, I carefully curved it before stamping it with VersaMark ink and heat embossing it in white. But this meant, I had to fussy cut the word with my scissors and craft knife ;-)
Thank you so much for stopping by!

Hello everyone,
I finally got my hands on the amazing products of the Hello Bluebird October Release. So much cute stuff!
This is the first card I made using the Rooftop Reindeer set. I colored one of the adorable deers with Copics.
Then I combined it with the Birch Trees Die and a Distress Oxide Inks background to create a snowy winter scene. The sparkly hill was made with Tim Holtz «Clear Rock Candy» Distress Glitter.
I heat embossed the sentiment from the Snow Play set (which is brand new, too) with «Liquid Platinum» embossing powder. Finally, I added two wood veneer stars to finish off my card.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Will be back soon!

Hi peeps,
it's that time again – today starts a new challenge over at the bastel-traum.ch blog with the theme «Fall/Halloween».
This challenge will run until November 15th, 8:55 am CET (Central European Time).
I adore the Birdie Brown stamps Torico illustrates for My Favorite Things and had to ink up the sweet «Fall Friends».
For the background, I stamped the acorns, leaves and pumpkins with Distress Oxide Inks (love how crisp and opaque they stamp) on Kraft cardstock. I die cut the panel with one of the «A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX» Die-namics.
I colored the cute girl and squirrel with Copics and fussy cut them out. The sentiment was stamped directly onto the background next to the images which were adhered with foam tape. To finish off the card, I added Nuvo «Golden Sunset» Glitter Drops.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a great start to the new week!

Hi again,
I have another card to share with you using one of the older Hello Bluebird stamp sets which are of course lovely, too.
I re-created a card that I made for the first «Same but different» Challenge that I run together with my sweet friend Francine. I thought this design would be perfect for the two cute angels from the Away In A Manger set.
For the sunburst background, I used an embossing folder from the Lifestyle Crafts «Celebrate» set. I stamped the Country Gingham Background with «Tattered Rose» Distress Oxide Ink. I added the sentiment in black and cut the heart shape using the middle sized die of the Lawn Fawn «Outside In Stitched Heart Stackables». For some dimension, I popped up the heart with foam tape.
I colored the angels with Copics and cut them out using the companion dies. I adhered them on each side of the heart. Finally, I embellished my card with «Ice Cube Mix» Jewels by Little Things from Lucy's Cards and Nuvo «Rose Water» Jewel Drops.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Stay tuned for the amazing Hello Bluebird October Release which goes live tomorrow!

Hello Bluebird • Frosty Friends • Let It Snow
Hello everyone,
only one more day til the new Hello Bluebird October Release will be available! As I did not have the chance to play with the goodies yet, I'm sharing a card with one of my very first Hello Bluebird stamp sets – Frosty Friends.
First, I stamped the Country Gingham Background in «Fog» dye ink onto a piece of «Fog» cardstock (both by Simon Says Stamp). I adhered the panel with fun foam to a top folding card base made from the same cardstock.
For my snowy background, I blended together the two Distress Oxide Inks «Shaded Lilac» and «Tumbled Glass» on some Bristol cardstock. I splattered on white paint to mimic falling snow, let it dry completely and cut it with a circle die. I also added a snow hill cut from white glitter paper.
Next, I colored the adorable snowman and birdie from the Pig Day set with Copics and added details with Prismacolor pencils. I stamped the speech bubble in VersaFine «Onyx Black» and cut out the images with their companion dies.
To complete my winter scene, I cut the Halloween Tree Die from plain white cardstock and adhered it with foam tape as well as the images. I finished off this card by adding Nuvo «White Blizzard» Glitter Drops.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Will be back soon with a 2nd card ;-)
