Good morning peeps,
today I can show you my very first Christmas card for this year which I created for the new Everybody-Art-Challenge with the theme «Stars/Crystals».
I used the «Christmas Sparkle» stamp set from Clearly Besotted Stamps and white heat embossed this gorgeous tree which is built out of stars and snowflakes. Then I sponged some Simon Says Stamp «Sea Glass» ink over the tree and also around the edges of my square. The beautiful scripty word «Merry» was cut out of silver foil with one die of the «Merry Christmas Die Collection», also by Clearly Besotted Stamps. The word «christmas» (SSS «Happy» stamp set) is heat embossed in silver («Super Fine Silver Detail Embossing Powder» by Ranger). I matted my square with a piece of grey cardstock («Smoky Slate» by Stampin' Up!) and adhered it with foam tape to my card base. Finally I added some SU rhinestones to get some sparkle.
Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great day!

Hi everyone,
at first, I'd like to thank you for all your lovely and encouraging comments on our very first Same but different challenge.
This is the stamp set we used – just perfect in time because Halloween is just around the corner:
And here is my take:
I created a night sky with Distress Inks (Milled Lavender, Seedless Preserves, Chipped Sapphire, Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed) and an Ink Blending Tool (all from Ranger). I masked off the moon before creating my background.
Then I stamped the three fun creatures, die-cut the images with the matching dies and colored them with Copics. I thought it would be fun to create some little windows by using the «Peek-a-Boo Trio» Die-namics from My Favorite Things. I die-cut it from Lawn Fawn's «Let's Polka» patterned paper and adhered it with foam tape.
For the sentiment I combined the «happy» word die by Simon Says Stamp and the «halloween» text from the stamp set, which was heat embossed in white. I cut the word twice (out of white and black CS) and created a shadow by slightly shifting them.
Finally I stamped some of the stars in Tsukineko «Delicata Golden Glitz» ink and tied a bow with golden thread.
If you have the same stamp and get inspired by our challenge, feel free to play it with us! Leave a direct link to your project in the comment field below (No back links, please! It will be funnier to see new creations!). You can also upload your cards to our Same but different challenge Flickr gallery!
Thanks to Stéphanie for joining our first challenge and loading up a wonderful card to our Flickr gallery.

Good morning folks,
it's Tuesday again and we have a new theme over at the Everybody-Art-Challenge –
we want to see «Flags» on your projects.
OK, my flags are more likely banners ;o)
I created a baby boy card. By adding the newborn's name to the banners (Simon Says Stamp «Party Banner» die) I could easily personalize my card. I used the tiny alpha stickers from Lily Bee Designs. The giraffe and the elephant were cut from patterned paper (Stampin' Up!) with those lovely dies by Die-Versions. I adhered them with foam tape in two different depths. The beautiful German sentiment (which means «Welcome little sunshine») is by Alexandra Renke. I stamped it in «Midnight Muse» which is from Stampin' Up! as well as the cardstock.

Good morning peeps,
it's time for the bastel-traum.ch Challenge (runs until November 15th, 8:55 am CET) with the new theme «Black & White».
For my card I've chosen the sweet «Pandamonium» stamp set by Mama Elephant.
I created a little family scene for a birthday card.
The pandas are stamped in Versafine Onyx Black ink, then heat embossed with clear embossing powder and fussy cut. Since the theme reminds me of Comics I wanted to use the «Speech Bubble Border» die from Lawn Fawn. I die-cut it from white and black cardstock and layered both panels by slightly shifting them. The sentiment is a combo of the stamped «Happy» (Simon Says Stamp) and the negative «birthday» die cut (Papertrey Ink). The second sentiment («Everyday greetings») and the little stars («Make a Wish») are from Mama Elephant, too. I made the balloon by stamping one of the patterns from Reverse Confetti's «So Stripey» and then die-cut it using a balloon die from Paper Smooches. Finally I added some sparkle to the stamped stars with the Clear Wink of Stella Brush Glitter Brush Pen.

Hi everyone,
today starts the new Everybody-Art-Challenge with the theme «Leaves».
Of course I had to create another autumn card. This time I used the gorgeous «A Tree for all Seasons» stamp set from Winnie & Walter which I luckily won some weeks ago.
I repeatedly stamped the solid leaf image in three different Simon Says Stamp inks («Goldenlocks», «Coral Reef» and «Beenstalk Green») all across the card. After that I stamped the outline image in VersaMark and heat embossed it in Gold («Super Fine Detail Embossing Powder» by Ranger).
For the sentiment I created a little leave window using one of the leaf dies («Stitched Leaves») from Lawn Fawn. I stamped the «thank you» from Avery Elle onto some vellum and heat embossed it in Gold, too. Then I adhered it behind the window. To finish my card I added some golden sequins.
Thanks for stopping by and see you soon!

Good morning everyone,
it's time for a new Stempelgarten Challenge and the theme for the month October
is «Candy Packaging».
We are also looking for new DT members, so please take the chance to apply to our team by joining this month's challenge.
I created a so-called «Sour Cream Container».
On the internet you can find lots of instructions for this quick and easy-to-build box.
I used a sheet of the beautiful floral «Farmhouse» DP by Crate Paper. To close the container I punched a hole and run through some Stampin' Up! Ruffled Ribbon and tied a knot. The tag attached to the ribbon was cut with one of the SU «Chalk Talk» Framelits dies. This gorgeous «Sweet» word die is from Whimsy Stamps and to complete my sentiment I white heat embossed the versatile tiny words from the Winnie & Walter stamp set «The Big, the Bold and the You». To make this container even cuter ;o) I added the little «Lolli Beatrice» by C.C. Designs. I colored her with my Copics, then fussy cut her and applied a thick coat of Glossy Accents to the lollipop.
The challenge runs until October 31, 2014 and this time you can win a voucher with a value of CHF 20.– for the Stempelgarten Online Shop.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great Sunday!
