Hello everyone,
the featured product for today's card is the Frilly Frames Herringbone Die set. I really like the herringbone pattern and tried something different this time.
To create a textured background which almost reminds me of tiles or a
brick wall, I dry embossed the die onto light sea glass cardstock. I trimmed down the embossed piece, adhered it to a red card base and put an aqua frame around it. For the ground, I cut a strip of black Heroic Halftones Paper.
I combined the Fast Food Fun Stamps with the milkshake from the Summer Sweets set and stamped all the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images with Copic Markers and fussy cut them out with scissors (of course there are coordinating dies are available).
The sentiment is from the Silly Sloths set and I stamped it in VersaMark Ink onto a black cardstock banner. I heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a fabulous day!

Hi everyone,
Summer is in full swing and today I'm sharing a card in fresh colors combining some yummy fruits, cold treats and sweet seals. I'm featuring the Stitched Semi-Circle Dies which are perfect to create little scenes on your cards.
I chose two patterned papers from the Summer Splash Paper pack and used the second largest semi-circle die. I love that these dies have the stitched detail on both sides of the cutline. I adhered the striped negative piece to my card base and inlaid the orange floral die-cut into the window.
Next, I stamped all the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I cut everything out with the coordinating dies, arranged the images inside the semi-circle window and adhered them with liquid glue and foam tape. The sentiment was stamped in VersaMark Ink onto black cardstock which I die cut into a banner shape. I heat embossed it with white embossing powder and popped up the banner with foam tape as well. I finished off my card by adding three matching glitter enamel dots.
These are the stamp sets and coordinating dies I used for my card:
Fresh & Fruity Stamps + coordinating dies
Sealiously Sweet Stamps + coordinating dies
Summer Sweets Stamps + coordinating dies
Thank you so much for stopping by! Hope you're having an amazing day!

Hello everyone,
today I'm back with a fun underwater scene featuring the Sea You Soon mini stamp set. It goes perfectly with the ocean border from the Tropical Scenes set and can be combined with the Best Fishes Stamps as well.
First, I started off with a turquoise A2 card base and created a water background by blending together the Distress Oxide Inks Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch. To add some texture, I sprinkled on water droplets and dabbed them off with a paper tissue.
I had this scene in my head for a while and it still makes me giggle. The shark on the right wanted to surprise his friend with a cupcake (included in the Party Pups set) but this dude thinks of a fishy snack instead ;-)
I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored them with Copic Markers and cut everything out using the coordinating dies. The punny sentiment was stamped onto a wide speech bubble (Comic Strip Speech Bubbles Die) in VersaFine Onyx Black Ink. For the thought bubble, I used one of the clouds from the Plane Awesome Dies set. I finished off the card with clear enamel dots.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Wishing you a fun-filled day!

Hi everyone,
when I saw the sweet elephant included in the Savanna Safari set, I knew I wanted to switch things up a bit and create a CAS slimline baby card. I went with a monochromatic pink and purple color scheme to welcome a little baby girl.
I stamped the elephant three times in VersaFine Onyx Black Ink onto polka dot patterned paper from the Dots & Stripes Pastels Paper pack. I cut them out with the coordinating die and added white details to the eyes and the feet with a gelly roll pen.
For the ground, I masked off two thirds of some Bristol cardstock and blended on the Distress Oxide Inks Milled Lavender and Dusty Concord. I let it dry completely and stamped the sentiment from the Coastal Cuties set in VersaMark Ink. I heat embossed it with white embossing powder.
Finally, I adhered the Bristol cardstock panel to a purple card base, popped up the elephants with foam tape and added matching Pink & Purple Heart Confetti clay embellishments.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!

Hello crafty friends,
we have a new theme over at the Stempelgarten Challenge – this month it's all about Stencils.
For my birthday card, I combined the cute My Favorite Things "Sending Sweet Celebration Wishes" stamps illustrated by Stacey Yacula with the fun "Card-Sized Confetti Stencil" set.
I also wanted to play along in the current MFT Color Challenge #144 with these yummy colors:
Although I own the MFT Dye Inks, I decided to do the stenciling with Distress Oxide Inks as they are quite opaque due to their hybrid formula and easy to layer on top of each other. First, I did some faded ink blending with Squeezed Lemonade and MFT Lemon Chiffon Dye Ink. I let it dry completely and sponged Spun Sugar over one of the Confetti stencils. The second layer over the other stencil was done with Picked Raspberry.
Next, I stamped the images and colored them with Copics. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out and adhered them onto my stenciled background. For my card base and the sentiment, I picked MFT Jellybean Green Cardstock. I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink and white heat embossed it. I cut it out with the rounded rectangle die included in the MFT Blueprints 14 Die-namics set.
You will have time until July 31st, 2020 to join the Stempelgarten Challenge and this is the prize you could win:
A craft package from the Stempelgarten Online Shop with a value of CHF 20.–.

Hello everyone,
today I'm featuring the fabulous Tropical Scenes Stamps. I picked the leafy jungle border to create another Savanna Safari scene. I also added two cuties and a vine image from the Love Monkey set.
For my background, I first masked off the bottom half of the Bristol cardstock panel. I blended together the Distress Oxide Inks Milled Lavender and Dusty Concord to create a gradient purple sky. When it was completely dry, I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder. The baobab tree was stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black Ink.
Next, I turned around the mask to work on the sandy ground. But before I started with the ink blending of Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap, I die cut the little island which I will turn into a small pond later. For a bit of interest, I added ink splatters with a paint brush. I chose Tumbled Glass and Broken China to ink up the pond and also die cut one of the waves. I inlaid the pond die-cut back into the negative space of the ground.
I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. The solid grass and leaf image were stamped with green dye ink. I used the coordinating dies to cut everything out. Finally, I tucked the hippo inside the wave slit and arranged the other images around the pond and up in the tree.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a great day!
