I'm up on the Hello Bluebird blog today with a sweet birthday card featuring the new Simply Squared Background. I clear heat embossed it over an ink blended background made with Distress Oxides in pastel rainbow colors. I also mixed and matched stamps from several sets.

Sunny Studio Stamps • Fall Release • Cruising Critters

Hi everyone,

it's time again for a new card that I'm sharing over on the Sunny Studio Stamps blog using the Cruising Critters Stamps. Aren't these critters piled up in their retro cabriolet just the cutest?!

I combined this fun image with the pennant banner and little exhaust clouds from the Plane Awesome set. I also added two birdies from the Seasonal Trees Stamps. All images were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

Next, I picked the gorgeous leafy patterned paper from the Colorful Autumn 6x6 Paper pack and adhered it to the card base which measures 4.25"x6". For the road, I repeatedly stamped the dashed line in VersaMark Ink onto a strip of grey cardstock and white heat embossed it.

I kept the design simple and finally adhered the images with foam tape.

Sunny Studio Stamps • Fall Release • Comic Strip Speech Bubbles Die

Hello everyone,

since tonday I'm showcasing the Sunny Studio Stamps Comic Strip Speech Bubbles Die, I created another card with the fabulous Super Duper Stamps. This time I went with a masculine color scheme and incorporated the two super hero boys.

I die cut the comic strip frame and the Cityscape Border Die from black cardstock. For the background, I chose the blue dotted paper from the Heroic Halftones 6x6 Paper pack and backed the cityscape die-cut with yellow cardstock.

The images were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I even did some simple shading at all the tiny windows ;-)

I stamped the sentiments in VersaFine Onyx Black Ink and die cut three stars from yellow cardstock. Finally, I popped up the images and speech bubbles with foam tape.

Sunny Studio Stamps • Fall Release • Super Duper

Hi peeps,

I'm on the Sunny Studio Stamps blog today highlighting the fun Super Duper Stamps. I love these cute super hero images! They go perfectly with the Cityscape Border Die and Heroic Halftones 6x6 Papers. So I really enjoyed creating this comic style card.

I chose the orange dotty burst paper for my background and die cut the cityscape from black cardstock. To enhance the tiny windows, I backed the die-cut with grey cardstock.

Next, I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. The speech bubbles and sentiments were stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black Ink. I used the coordinating dies to cut everything out.

Sunny Studio Stamps • Fall Release • Woodsy Autumn

Hi everyone,

today I'm showcasing the sweet Sunny Studio Stamps Woodsy Autumn Stamps. This set comes with the most adorable woodland critters and I especially love the cute hedgehog!

I found the perfect patterned paper for my card layout in the Colorful Autumn 6x6 Paper pack. The colors and the leafy borders are just beautiful. I die cut three openings using the Window Trio Square Dies and added a piece of green grid paper behind them.

The images were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out and adhered everything with foam tape. Next, I white heat embossed the sentiment onto a little banner and finished off the card by adding two die-cut hearts to the left.

Sunny Studio Stamps • Fall Release • Elegant Leaves

Hello everyone,

I'm sharing a card made with the beautiful Elegant Leaves Stamps. Of course this set can be used for Fall projects but since we're in the middle of a hot summer, I decided to go with non-traditional colors.

I started off with a white A2 card base and randomly stamped the solid images in aqua, peach and light grey as well as the little branches in navy. On top I stamped the outline leaves image in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed them with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder.

Next, I diagonally stamped the word "Grateful" onto white cardstock with navy ink and VersaMark Ink before clear heat embossing it. I cut the panel apart and lastly adhered it with foam tape over my stamped design.
